WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT – GG Superstore (Leicester)

We are actively seeking an experienced staff member to manage incoming supplier deliveries and outbound deliveries to our wholesale customers.

This is a job that requires heavy lifting and we require prior experience with a forklift (preferably with an existing license).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbounding Deliveries:
  Receive and check deliveries, ensuring stock matches invoices and meets quality standards.

• Wholesale Customer Deliveries: We supply to a wide range of restaurants in Leicester. You will be required to onload and offload required stock to these restaurants.

• Display & Shelving:
  Rotate stock, maintain clean and attractive displays, update and manage pricing labels.

• Store Standards:
  Keep the store spotless — including shelving, floors, and back areas.

• Team Support:
  Assist across the store when needed, especially during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with forklift and heavy lifting is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and product knowledge of our produce.

• Reliable, fast, and able to handle physical work (lifting, moving boxes).

• Weekend availability is required.

• Gujarati or Hindi speaking preferred for customer interaction.
